Jong Su Kim is a sophomore studying International Relations at the University of Southern California. He was an intern at the USC Shoah Foundation, and is now a research intern at the Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy, based in Washington, D.C. Within the field of International Relations, Jong Su is interested in counterterrorism/insurgency, diplomatic negotiations, and peacekeeping operations; he also closely follows U.S. national politics. In his free time, Jong Su enjoys reading The New Yorker, listening to This American Life, and playing the same few chords on the ukulele. He is a founding member of USC’s chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon, a national foreign service professional fraternity.
